I just got this one. Looks very similar concept to Tennis racket overgrips, which makes me think (and rather ask here for suggestions) if should I be applying them onto existing grip on the handle, or should I rather take off the current grip and apply Aero grip onto bare handle?

Bare handle - it won;t stick to another grip.
