Its a gamble. I have got a top quality newbery at sale prices, at the same time I have received my worst GN bat from them. If you are in UK you can easily return , otherwise it's ur luck.

The bats that have arrived have been decent. Weight can be a gamble(light medium heavy isn't accurate)

Big issue is when you buy a ale bat. Here nothing for 2 weeks. Phone up. And they say "yeah that out of stock, would you like us to cancel and refund you"

Hey happily not do that if you don't contact them.

Crazy prices yes - sometimes the bats aren't in stock though.

Never had a problem ordering softs from them (had a long wait on a pair of GM gloves, but I was prepared to wait due to the price).
As above, if you don't get a dispatch email then call them up and speak to someone. It's either a long wait or a refund most of the time, but if you never ask you'll never find out! They aren't the best communicators

Do they reply to their emails? I've tried a few times but no luck?

I bought my dynadrive off of them at the start of the season great bat although I do agree the weight can be a gamble got lucky with mine at a perfect 2'9, customer service was great I had lost my pin code verifying thing when it wanted conformation it was me when paying, called them up and told them of my issue and reordered it within 5 minutes over the phone then received it the next day

I once ordered a Kookaburra kahuna players from them and it looked more like a kahuna 200. For a top grade bat, you don't expect butterfly stains. But a lot of people get good bats as well so its 50/50 really

They are happy to take returns as long as you don't personalise them.

Got a Nemesis off them the other week for £94.  It was an obvious return from another customer as it has been knocked in (not complaining about that) and must have been used at least once as there were blades of grass under the corner of the scuff sheet and the grip was riding up a bit! Apart from that I was happy with it especially for the price, still think it's cheeky that it was sold as 'new' though...
