Also this is the video he talks about his tiny hands.

Also to note the bats are a lot smaller than his current lot, and he claims a 2.9 and 3/4 as his weight.
As it changed or these just not as dry as his actual bats

The Kaboom I have is 2.9 and 3/4.

Interesting video.

Note that David Warner mentions how he thought his bats were 2lb 9.75 but in actual fact they are 2lb 11oz...

@WalkingWicket37 the one in that vid looks massively dry compared to mine. No wonder it's nearly 4 oz lighter! Lol

Not for him! ;)

Cracking looking bat, good that it doesn't seem too dry! Going by how hard you hit the ball and how many bats you go through though, I'd be mega surprised if it lasts until the end of next season for the refurb! :D

Tape just makes the handle a bit thinner, bound at the bottom to strengthen around the ears. The bats are his exact replicas including the top of the handle nipped off, all have been magic. Through our 5 stores we got about 14 in and all gone within a fortnight, no more to follow either.

Did you get an opportunity to tap them up? How did they compare to other top of the range bats?

I was happy to get rid of them they were so good, they made everything else look inferior.

Thank you TopGun

My friend did some work for David and his management, and they got to talking about cricket, David was nice enough to part with one of his Kabooms. The bat is huge, although recently I think he has been using bigger. This was gifted around two years ago. David said this bat had been used for a couple of sessions on the bowling machine at the Australian Cricket Centre in Queensland, as well as some white ball cricket.

@Jacky what weight is that kaboom.

It looks very dry, very much like the Aaron finch puma/new balance that is residing in a Nottingham factory.
