Prefer 6:30, but can try to arrive a little earlier if kick off is at 6pm

6.30 would be better for me, as I've got a bit of a journey to get there.

Let's stick with 6.30 then - as Fatus knows I probably need the extra time beforehand to work out my run up  ;)

Nice one, good job.

Thinking about goals for the evening and not bowling as much tripe as last time would be nice, but not cutting my thumb mysteriously after my first ball would also be pretty good.

No worries!

Still don't know how you managed that - first time I've seen someone get cut by a net haha

Thanks for a brilliant net session tonight gents, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Fortunately nobody stepped out in front of my car on the drive back from the station, I'm almost certain I had nothing left in my legs to perform an emergency stop.

Soothed the blisters and now to attempt to climb the stairs to bed and await the inevitable aches and pains tomorrow.

Apologies once again for batting back to front.

Thanks a bunch for starting it off with @Chalkie utterly cleaning me up, I never get to see myself on video and the first time I do all I see is my off stump being flattened :-[

So just found out that club nets don't start till Feb  :o

Would be great if we can fit in one more CBF net before Xmas and one after. I don't mind if oval, George Abbott school (Guildford) or Serious Cricket (although this would need to be a weekend after Xmas)

Who's interested?
