Love the look of those MC LE bats! How does the Remfy gear work for you? I've tried them on and found it slightly uncomfortable.

Used the new Affinity pads for the latter part of the season, they are excellent quality. The new gloves that I have are different though, similar to the H4L Pro ones but black/green, these are also outstanding

I previously had the P1 Aero strippers, and the Remfry pads are a class above.

You need to wear them a few times, but they mould to your shape, they're light as and when you wear them in the nets, it honestly feels like you don't have them on. Also, when you get hit, you only feel the initial impact and then nothing. Unlike the P1s, which I found would hurt or even bruise if you got hit square on.

Tried them on really comfy but just tempted by extra protection

I'm using Aeros as well, haven't copped many that have left a mark, only on the inner thigh. Did you get them tailored by Mr Remfrey or from GCCC?

I'd love a set but I'm not sure about parting $200 for a set of thigh pads. Sounds like at your level you need them  :(

Just bought them from GCCC, were great, bought Monday, arrived Friday morning.

Another thing with the P1s is the inner thigh pad is actually very small. Most of the area of the thigh pad is thin soft material, and I always seemed to collect those that jagged back into me on that part instead of the actual padding  :(

My 2016 kit hasn't all arrived yet, but it turns out I do have a full set of spare kit!

Red Ink duffle, Albion Ultimate 98 with Ti22 grille, Nike Lunarlon spikes, GN Omega thigh guard set, Woodworm Performance Pads, 2 pairs of Woodworm Pioneer Gloves, 2 pairs of Woodworm Premier Gloves, Woodworm Hard Drive & a blank Matrrixx Venom Jazz bat.

It's Sunday night and the wife has strictly on.  The only sensible thing to do is retreat to the garage and take some pictures of my bat collection.  This will no doubt change before the start of next season!  From L-R we have: B3 Bespoke Crown 2.8, B3 Bespoke no stripe 2.8, B3 DB1 1 Stripe 2.11, County Revolution 2.9, Ton Gladiator Players 2.9, SS Matrix 2.10,  Kook Bubble Power 2.9, County Reflex 2.9, GN F18 Blade 2.9.
