Best gloves for 2016

Question for those that went and have seen the ranges for next season,

Who is looking at having the nicest gloves as I could use a new pair as mine are getting very worn from both nets and indoor cricket,
Do like the h4l gloves but was wondering about the big players as well

Just like you, I love those H4L Custom gloves.......they are simply stunning! Congratulations to Matt for those and all his gear!!
But interested to see what else is around too  :)

I'm not a fan of brightly coloured soft goods or pittard palms. I do however prefer sausage fingers.
That means I fall into the "strange creature" category, and it does limit my choices somewhat  :-[

My favourite gloves from the 2016 season are the GN prestige, they tick all the boxes for me:
Sausage fingers (why don't more "big brands" offer these?) 
Sheep leather palms (lovely soft & supple leather at that)
"Test level" protection (if they're good enough for Alistair Cook & Jonny Bairstow, they're good enough for me)
Classic white look, no over the top colours which is a bonus
To my mind they also offer excellent value for money at £40 a pair (I can remember when I started playing you could get top of the range gloves for £25 though, what happened to those days...)

I'll second the GN prestige shout, best gloves I've had since my GN ultimate 750's from the late 90's early 00's

The Kook blade gloves have been very popular based on enquiries so far, H4L custom obviously, Prestige was a very good 2015 seller, do keep an eye out for the B&S gloves for 2016, all following a similar mostly white, minimalist design.

As is good to see how changes happen from season to season,
Hybrid, sausage, split all different and all follow trends
From loud colours puma Spartan, to classic white grays prestige and h4l,
As for me I'm thinking full h4l kit probably g1 as I can't afford the pro or custom but all look great

I have a small stockpile of Ayrtek Elite which should last me through 2016, or even beyond if my 2015 form is anything to go by!

From next years stock the Kook blade look the best to me so I may invest even though ive just taken another pair of Vulcans off dean as they offer better protection than most plus I like the feel

But

I like a big lairy in your face glove!!

That's why I rock kabooms at moment and will be switching to the grays powerbow next year.


Was hoping the h4l softs would rock some nice blue from the warbird range. But no 3 pairs of borrrrrriiiing gloves. Not even one out there different.
Could do the pics in black and white and save some money printing!! Lol

Echo what people say about the Kooks Blade.

Also the GN Omega XRD 1500 I personally use - incredibly flexible, remarkably light and very comfortable. Colour scheme isn't for everyone, but if you can look past it, these are the best gloves I've ever worn or seen!

The BAS players get my vote. Colour scheme created whilst designer was on acid but they are comfortable from wear one and hard wearing

Do the gloves the Pakistani batsman using the Titanium brand look like the kook gloves from last season
