Lovely looking bat and certainly a lot cheaper than a lot of the bats knocking about at Greg Chappell or Kingsgrove sports

I shouldn't bite but at $570 for a mid range bat that's a pretty silly statement.

Mine fluctuates throughout the year.

I can also get it down and keep it down for a few weeks by keeping it somewhere warm and dry for a few days

My wife gets it to go down with a cold spoon

Think they use heavier toe guards and facing's compared to most others, so that might contribute to some weight.

I had weight issues with all of them as well. Some were only an oz or so, but I was super picky at the time.

thats some stick mate. a class of its own. correct me if im wrong, the handle looks a little thicker toward the top end & more oval on the bottom.

Very traditional shape. Having never owned a Laver i cant say much more.

The atmospheric gains people note in the UK happens in reverse when the bats come down under.  Although some don't believe it. We had a night test and a serious bushfires close to Adelaide where i live  in the same week. The wood will adapts to its environment, especially when you leave your kit in a car on a 40 degree day and the boot temp is 55 degrees. See even our humour is dry.
