Went down to see Matt today to get a Devil bat after talking with @simonmay5 about the best place to get a cheaper bat with good performance.
When I got there Matt had already shortlisted a few bats that met my specs, and I went from there choosing the below bat. Really happy with what I got and thanks to Simon again for organising it for me and Matt for choosing out some lovely bats. For me

I picked up a h4l from eBay and easily one of the best pinging bats. Hope you score lot of runs with this one

34mm edges and 63mm spine approx, at 2.8 fairly full so am happy with it. Taps up very nicely as well

Thanks am really happy with it. It is based on the warbird profile but a little more exaggerated duck bill I think and standard blade and handle length

I'm probably also in the minority. Not a massive fan of the Warbird stickers.

I see what you mean! I thought that was where the stickers had left a kind of dye imprint when they were removed.
But you are probably right.

I think they look a lot better with the white grip instead of the blank one they normally come with but all the stickers that H4L do I really like
