The Cricket Asylum
« on: November 04, 2015, 12:49:14 PM »

Hello all,
As I sit miserably watching our chances of levelling the series at 1-1, thought now would be a good time to let you all know of a couple of events we have coming up at The Cricket Asylum in Sowerby Bridge.

I have been working here since the middle of summer, and since a little refurb of the place, with brand new PitchVision technology installed, we have been very busy with lots of courses, lane hire and even some club nets beginning, as well as 1to1 coaching.

Here is a little link with some info regarding some Winter Masterclasses coming up, for anyone who may be interested.

Also, a scheme we introduced before the 2015 season, and are running again this winter, is the 'School 2 Club' project. Aimed at raising the profile of your club, in the surrounding schools, with the aim of increasing numbers in your junior sections, or introducing a whole new junior section to your club, if they are currently without one. More info can be found in the link below, the project has a proven track record in the short time since its introduction.

If anyone has any questions please get in touch, or anyone wishing to leave any feedback if they have visited before, that would be greatly appreciated

Cheers boys and girls

Had my first session here last night. Really impressive set up with several lanes, all with bowling machines and all sorts of tech. I really enjoyed it (once I found it lol!!!), picked up on a couple of things I can improve on but felt progress in as little as an hour! Back for another session in a couple of weeks and almost certainly going to book a couple more.
Would recommend to anyone in the West Yorks/East Lancs  area who are looking to improve their game!

Great set up and guys there I am a regular. I seem to improve in the nets for a bit but keep falling to bad habits come match day.

Appreciate the kind words mate. Was good to meet you and hopefully offer a little help. Shall work on my off-spin for next time. Should have the technology back up and running also as had a few problems with it this week
