H4L Monster Warbird
« on: November 13, 2015, 03:44:01 PM »

Afternoon all,

After seeing a lot of the posts around the Warbird I was interested in the concept and design but having just bought a new bat, SS Maximus, I decided to try and shelve any interest. On one of threads though Jake from Vitas happened to show a Hellfire Monster which was right up my alley and inevitably I convinced myself I needed another new bat, I hadnt bought a new one for 3 seasons before coming here...

Unfortunately some other lucky punter got to the hellfire before me but by now I was set on getting a bat so Jake from @Vitas Cricket was very helpful in suggesting a few options and in the we settled on seeing if Matt from @hell4leather cricket would be able to do a Warbird with no concaving at around 3lb. Fortunately, he was happy to do this and here's the result...

Looking forward to getting this arriving now and getting going with it in the nets.

Big thanks go out to Jake for his help and advice, very impressed by your customer service, and also to Matt from H4L for agreeing to do a non-concaved version of the usual Warbird profile :)

@ kdale6 - that lucky punters me mate. Knew it wouldn't stick around for too long more so after Jake advertised it on here so jumped on it straight away.
A 3lb H4l is the best thing you could have treated yourself with - can't do wrong. Terrorise the bowlers now - Give 'em hell !!
