Not so different, MJ's 5 wickets at 65+ so far suggest he is also getting 'pumped'.

Anyway my post was mainly tongue in cheek, but plenty of Aussies on here give Swann a tough time for quitting when things weren't going well for him.

I'm not a fan of retiring mid series as seems a bit of I don't give a (No Swearing Please) or wanting attention but there maybe more to it that we know so hard to judge

I just prefer the classic of playing the full series you are picked for then announcing at the end
