Newbery Refurb
« on: November 27, 2015, 08:37:59 PM »

Hi All,
Sent off my Newbery for a repair and refurb about a month and a half ago now. I haven't heard a thing from anybody, don't know whether it got to them, if its repairable, how much it would cost me! Getting a little bit worried, i realize they will be very busy this time of year but not hearing anything is bothering me.
Anybody had any experience with how long it takes?

Thanks
James

I was in there today, it did look like there were a few refurbs in there. They did say they were very busy. Call/email/tweet them would be your best bet

There's a high tech new invention that allows you to speak with people who aren't in the same room as you.
It's called a telephone  ;)

Here's the number if you've not got it, 01273 775770 spoke to a girl called Chelsea a couple of times she was really helpful said they're often behind with refurbs at this time of year due to getting the new ranges out
