Mate, this is a lovely wood mate. May I know where did you acquire this bat from? Its very rare that MRF comes with full oval handle and full profile at this weight. I has two MRFs which was 2.7 and 2.8 and they weren't full profiles.

amazing grains and full profile. personally would have been happier if it was the other way around - shorter blade and longer handle

Fantastic. About time we had more pictures of bats instead of talk about crappy pitches

Love the grains on all the top of the range MRF bats. Mine lasted me years. I'm sure yours will last you a good few years too

I have a question: Aren't these bats just branded as MRF and manufactured by another bat manufacturer?

Is MRF in any way involved with bat design or QC post the manufacturing process?

That's right. MRF is not involved in production of any sorts. They get their job work done by F.C. Sondhi
Although few claim MRF manufacturers a few in their tyre manufacturing plant in chennai but I haven't heard of the faintest of hints substantiating it.

Was Fc sondhi till March '15. Know it coz my cousins firm audits for them. Highly likely they might have a shift because FCS now seems to promote his own brand PROTOS more seriously.

Isn't it better to just buy these off the bat manufacturers rather than buy a restickered one, if MRF isn't adding any major value in the manufacturing process chain?
