Probably - based on the millionaire superstars as gayle and bravo, but it runs deeper with the island / board politics and the influence of American sports such as basketball being played by kids rather than cricket.

They are in danger of being only able to compete the long format with Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and in the future Ireland, Scotland etc million miles away from holding, Richards and co

WI are just the First Nation to feel the effects of poor leadership and management, t20 and the decline in amateur cricket. There are so many issues that I dont think they will ever recover. They are IMO where th game is heading if we keep on the course the game is on, although obviously the big nations won't get quite as bad or as quickly as they have more people and money.

It's really sad to see as a test cricket fan pathetic skills and effort levels from professionals which totally devalue the game and distorts stats.

Excellent to see Jimmy Pattinson bag a 5 wicket bag. Yes the Windies are hapless, but Pattinson has been a sick note for a while so it will help build his confidence.

I am sure WI is going to offer chances to all Aussie players to get back into form or try new things ...  :D

T-20 cricket has ruined WI cricket.

WICB is probably more responsible for driving their players to prefer T20 format over national duty. Why none of the experienced players were handed out any contracts ? Why were WI team allowed to withdraw from Indian tour mid-way ? Why can't WICB put the nation's interest ahead of WICB/Players tussle ? All problems seem to originate from WICB/Clive Lloyd. T20 is just accelerating their downfall ...

I am not sure for how many years they are going to retain test match status ! In another 5 years WI is probably going to result in ODI/T20 teams only ...

Anderson would have got all ten. Pattinson is an overrated clubman with a big mouth.

Aus are something like 1.04 to win the next test, that's madness, and shows just how rubbish the WIndies have become.

Is that designed just to get a bite or are you genuinely not very bright?

It was clearly an attempt at getting a nibble, everyone know's Jimmy would only get 7, with Broad taking a hat-trick at the other end. Most likely one caught behind when the batsman didn't hit it, one bowled and an LBW that the batsman middled onto his pad!  ;)

Personally I think jimmy would only get 6 broad 3 with the other being a Gary Pratt run out
