Anyone been following this auction? Looks like it could be quite a good watch actually, some great names down to play so far!

Is this a mix of retired "legends" and some ex international players who are still playing?

Appears so, I presume there's a minimum age to be involved -
@Ayrtek
may have more of a clue, Carberry's been snapped up!

I didn't realise until he mentioned it earlier on and needing a lid for it, know a fair few older/ex pros threw theirs hats into the ring/auction so you might be right re min age.
Have had my head in another project this last week so just catching up on cricket things as of today.

According to ESPNCticinfo it is former international players
From Eng there is Carberry, Swann, Vaughn(?), Brendan Taylor (technically English now)

Few Durham lads there for me to watch! Onions, Colly and Colonel, hopefully they go well! First I've heard of this like, is it going to be televised?

Jeez! Have you seen some of the old buggers playing in this!!!! Forgetting your obvious Lara, Gilchrist, Murali etc - and the fact that it's a masters tournament. I didn;t realise some of these could still raise a bat!!
How about:
Heath Streak
Jacob Oram
Andy Symonds
Sunil Joshi!!!!
Goughie!!!!
Simon Jones!!
Gav Hamilton
Mushy!!!!!

I used to love Heath. The word 'galumphing' was made for him.
