Question regarding the DW/Kaboom shape in general, what kind of play is it really designed for? Just front foot slogging? I'm intrigued in getting something from the Custom Series because I'm an idiot, but having never held a bat over 2'10 I can't imagine me enjoying it much...

Warner bats have a very high middle. It's quite bouncey in aus, so one would presume you don't get much low hits on a bat. Plus it helps with cuts and pulls.

Not that front foot driving isn't at all possible. Plenty of wood for all.

If you are on a weight limit - I would recommend this shape, been designed to achieve a bigish looking bat at a realistic weight with an excellent pick up - I bring you the NEW DB1



You can get this at 2lb 8oz

Oooh @The Doctor  the DB1 shape is growing on me - are there any other options you would recommend for lighter weights (2.10 or below), that might have a duck-billed toe? I'm thinking the Gaz Cross or the no16
