That looks great, what shape did you go for and the specs?

Hopefully they will make some of the larger profiles for the shop over the next few days, would be a pity to go all that way and not get a chance to see how they feel after hearing such good things from others here about them.

The bat was not actually for me. As I'm a generous so and so I took a lad from our club down who'd recently broke his bat and let him use my voucher.


Stats are.
3stripe-10straight grains
2.12
Oval handle

And that's all I know.

Pick up and ping are lovely in it. It was one of those things, streaky gave him a few bats to try and he instantly fell for this, when they feel right, they feel right.

Had a great day at b3 today was very nice to be shown round and to meet Dave and the doctor I found a very nice bat in 2.8 with very nice grains to match so was definitely worth the trip from Kent thanks again for all your help today and was also nice to meet smilley792 and his lovely warner  :)




And this what my good mate choose only29 grains on this one 😀

Dave, Do the scuff sheets come fitted on all the bats in the showroom? Reason why I ask is my bat came with one and i had not asked for it ? Does it mean anything mate i.e. if it is pre-knocked in or something?

I fitted mine when I got in I did not see any with sheets on in the showroom did you ask for a sheet in the order

Mine came with a sheet on, didn't request a sheet but did request knocking in. Not a complaint as I would have put a sheet on anyways but just an observation, maybe part of the knocking in service?

sheets normally only get fitted to knocked in bats as the edges will be rounded so we tend to only put them on knocked in bats

as for the cleft it is 402 density if memory serves me correct so is a 3 stripe
