I know exactly what you mean about the grip - white would be the obvious choice and I thought about going for the "ghost" look, but fancied trying a different colour for a bit just to be different. I have a couple of white grips at home and can easy change it later.

I'm interested if you picked up the Gaz Cross as well while you were down there @Chalkie as I thought they were pretty similar in profile and pick up?

I tried a lot of the bats in the shop, I think the Gaz was a number 4? I don't specifically recall that one but there was something about this TKC and one of the new DB1 shapes that I kept coming back to - tapping with the ball felt great and pickup felt nicely balanced.

Whilst I do owe u mate (thanks again) I rather like that turquoise grip, but if I decide to replace it you will have first option on it.

Hopefully @The Doctor or @procricket B3 could let you buy some - they had a cupboard full of grips, although the stock on this colour looked low.
