Been meaning to do a little review of this since picking this beauty up but just haven't got around to it. Now after eating a second Xmas dinner in 2 days ( so many left overs from yesterday) I can't actually move from sofa so a good time. Anyway!

@Vitas Cricket when they held the forum day in Dec. originally I had asked Jake to pick me a GN classic select but the one jake selected didn't feel right. But after looking all around the lovely willow Jake had at vitas I came across this absolute stunner. So this is the 400 model, originally I thought this was the 4 star but no this is the intro model I think as it was £105!! Absolute steal.
Now the stickers that a lot of people commented on when first released including me look a lot better in the flesh, I may remove the back ones but that's a minor. Personally I never know who great this profile is, basically to me its very similar to the F18 with a very full profile and a mid high middle. I weighed this at vitas and this is 2.89 so just under 2.9 so perfect weight range for me, 35mm edge and approx 59mm spine. I love this bat especially the stunning grains. I have no idea how graded so low, grains match on the back and the only blemish is a tiny mark towards the inside edge halfway up the blade. Semi oval handle that's a little on the thin side but a second grip has soon sorted that out. Pick up is now superb.
I picked up some Powerbow test gloves and pads cheap on eBay with the nitro pro performance bat so have a lovely little GN selection now as well. This I have been picking up more and more over the last few weeks, it's creeping closer to the top of my bat list for the coming season. Enjoy some pics.
