Having got a new bat from B3 in February last year I wasn't really in the market for a new bat, but I when I saw the offer from B3 for a 50% discount I couldn't help but apply for a voucher. E-mails were exchanged with quick replies from Streaky as always, and I settled pretty early on a Custom shape 14. I had arranged to go down this morning to look through the pre-mades or if necessary arrange for one to be made up for me. As it was I found this beauty sitting in the rack! Weighs 2lbs9oz but picks up even lighter than that! It's edges are 36mm (thickest point) and spine 56mm with only gentle concaving. I've uploaded some pictures of it along side my other B3 (bespoke Trott based shape no3260)
For people looking at the lighter weights you can't go far wrong with this shape! Shapes 4, 10 and the DB1 are also lovely in lighter weights. I'd highly recommend anyone who can get there goes for themselves does. There must be 40-50 premade bats in all grades and if you require something else/different Streaky will be able to do some mapping for you. A very happy customer!!
