Kit provider
« on: January 08, 2016, 10:02:23 PM »

We have had our AGM tonight and we are looking for someone to provide our kit for this season (and seasons after if all is well).

We are based in Hartlepool in the North East of England and are looking for a package for around 25 players of white shirt white bottoms and a sleeveless jumper, can anyone give us quotes on it? We might have money to be able to personalise it with a club badge too, so a price with and without personalisation would be great.

Thanks a lot for any replies.

Our club uses AllRounder cricket as a kit provider - we get the adidas kit and it's great quality, delivery times can be very very hit and miss but they might be worth enquiringly with

I'd say talk to Jake at Vitas. At least you have constant contact through the forum and it gives that peace of mind. I haven't heard of anyone being let down by Vitas

We used Kukri last time and although we find the quality to be great I did all the ordering etc. and they weren't the easiest to deal with and they were still chasing me for payment after we had received the playing shirts, to the point where I had to literally show them the clubs bank statement to prove that they had cashed our cheque 2 months before!

So basically Kukri kit was good, but wish I'd gone to Vitas haha.

We changed this year to Serious Cricket, their stuff is quite good after using it at another club last year :o  Very cheap as well. For me its very close in quality between the Adidas and Serious stuff when considering the price points. Team at uni had a lot of issues with getting their Adidas kit from all rounder but when it did arrive it was top stuff by the looks.

+1 for SeriousCricket. They do lots of clubs and representative sides and I've always found them to be good quality and responsive. Also offer you the option of one-offs so you never need to hold stocks. https://seriouscricket.co.uk/teamwear/

Postage is a bit expensive - 5 quid for a cap once - but the kit itself is top quality! Sizings can be a little strange tho - I'm 5'9" and the small long sleeve jumper is a little big on me!

We use Kalibazar and theyve been very good. Always super quick with any probloems and any updates to the club shop online are dealt with in no time at all. Terms of kit (surridge) its great quality and reasonably priced IMO

+3 for serious cricket.

We was with allrounder and there adidas kits, but after 2 years of the worst possible service ever(the club badge stitching was different size colour and stuff every order, but never there fault, our supplied logo did it apparently, deliver was poor, they'd send wrong size and refuse to refund as it had been stitched etc etc. Don't know how there in business).
We switched to serious cricket as promised much better service, they are and have been great since, and surprisingly the lads do like the kit, which was e was expecting to be a struggle after add is gear.

Serious cricket highly recommended.

Serious for me!!

Good service any issues sorted, even when the embroidery goes through your pocket!!

Trouser quality up with the best, love the tracksuit top.

Always offers on and black Friday offer came in hand for christmas!

We used B3, the shirts I had wore really well and we managed to get the extra bonus of a bat to raffle off.

Used Allrounder the season before last, Adidas shirts were quality but the service was very very poor so decided against using them again!

Last season we used Asad at Uzi and can't fault the price, quality or service.

This year I'd say Uzi again, or maybe try Serious Cricket or B3 who we seriously considered last season?

I'd guess Allrounder will keep going as once people set up a club shop with them they'll keep using them despite their terrible customer service purely due to ease and convenience!  The only way they will reassess their customer services is if more people do what we did and look for a new supplier!  At the end of the say it's a buyers market.
