last month when

happened, i sent the bat directly to sareen sports and with few mails exchanged i got a replacement. They took a month but i am pretty pleased with the whole process.
from soft spoken customer executive ti finished product which i received, everything was very smooth.
hope it opens up well. ping is excellent.
will knock it.

It looks like you've given it a layer of clear coat varnish, its so shiny shiny

gave it a coat of oil, which i do to every new bat
