Where is your proof?

The provenance of most/all of their bats has been pretty common industry knowledge for a couple of years now. It doesn't need a rocket scientist to notice the change to Skinny handles, poor(er) finishing and more recently; overly big edges in reasonable weights. - All traits of the subcontinent.

There's much more to it than that of course, unfortunately that's not for public consumption.

Mirishantanam and Harisingha make their bats now...it was a good way to switch manufacturers without having to change the M&H logo.
