When in the week would you put a coaching session in relation to your club nets?

This is ridiculously nitpicky, I know. But I find things stay in my head for a limited amount of time before the "drilling" of what I've learned turns into trying to re-remember. Last season I had club nets on a Wednesday and a coaching session on a Thursday. i.e. whatever was learned from the coach on Thursday I'd do nothing with for 6 days till club nets and struggle to remember exactly the feeling of the correct shape I'd been getting into etc.

Now my club nets are on Sunday and I've got my pick of which day of the week I want a coaching session.

Where would you put it?

Based on what  you have written  if same day is not posible : Saturday

Agreed - you pretty much answered the question yourself. Maybe Friday at a push.
