I think you need to do your research on the Master series. So much hate. £43 bat lol. SS master series which sells to public they don't have this sticker bat. The top range SS master has the master sticker with 7 stars and 9000. This only master 7 stars which Sangakarra has used. Also as you talking like you know so much and it's a 43 pound show me this exact stickered bat then.

First of all I am sorry if I have made you feel that I know a lot about bats. That was not my intention behind the post. Second: Yes SS Master series in India starts as low as 43 pounds. The series starts from SS master, master 1000, master 5000, master 7000 and last 9000 AFAIK. My only motto was to make you aware so that you ensure that whatever you are getting for your money is worth it.

Thats it. Once again I am sorry to hurt your feelings. My post was not to offend you in any ways.

Regards,
Pranav

it's amazing to be honest so many clean straight teeth. It's got homebase labels on it but rumours are he gets B&Q to make them

I was under the impression that the edge marking can only be within the top 25% of the edge. As to stop hampering hot spot.

Looks a cracker, regardless of whether it is a pro bat or not. Would be incredibly happy to have that one in my hands! The biggest difference between a true pro bat and a pro-reject is the pair of hands at the end of the handle!

RE the sawing of the handle, there seemed to be a few batches of SS bats which had slightly longer handles than normal, which made them feel odd in the stance. I had to saw off about 1-2cm off the handle of one of mine!

Let's not crap all over the poor lads thread now - yes, his attitude to others hasn't helped, but it's a lovely looking bat that he's wanted to share with us all. How would we all feel if we had our threads crapped over like this? Debate is pretty good, but let's try keep it on topic!

Looks a great bat and hope it plays well for you.

I got myself Ian Bell's Kooka set now that he is not playing in the test team I think he's getting rid of some of his gear, he signed it for me too ;)

I have to admit this "argy-bargy" has made this thread so much better to read - all 50-odd posts!
