New Zealand host Australia for 3 ODIs and 2 Tests starting tonight.
Brendan McCullum enters his final month as an International cricketer and should be part of an exciting series.
Australia have decided to give Shaun Marsh another go in the ODI series in place of the injured Aaron Finch. Seems stupid that Usman Khawaja is overlooked.
No Tim Southee for the Black Caps as he's still injured.

Boult looks like a completely different bowler to the one from last year. Boy has he lost it. I know he's been injured but the decline has been massive. Lost about 10kph.
What scores are we going to see in this series? The last odi between pak and nz was played on a 57m boundary. Could easily see scores of 400+ given both bowing line ups

300+ definitely on cards ! Both teams have batsman who wreak havoc on the bowling attack ...

Aussies folding like a cheap suit when not on there flat tracks off home
40 for 5 after 8 overs chasing 308
Maxwell having brain fade for last week, next ball after Bailey falls tries to smash it over extra cover......

Maxwell, Marsh and Bailey ... all three have lost the plot. When chasing 300+ score with 2 wickets down what is need to go for reckless shots ??

Did Aussies have a warm up in nz?
Strange if not. I knew they just played a 5 games series vs India. But not to get 1 warm up in no conditions is strange.
Marsh's wicket was strange. Good ball by boult, which kind squared him up, but at last minute he opened the face to try and run it down to third man. Just ran it to slip instead.

It would be fantastic if Faulkner and Wade manage to pull of this chase. So many overs are left ... Even if one of them gets out, they are screwed !
