@procricket B3 Looks good playing half volleys. but not sure why your left leg goes so far back playing square on the offside. looks odd.... You pretty much playing the shot on one leg which restricts the amount of power you can put behind it because of lack of balance. Stand tall on both feet and smack it  :)
btw, ever decide to part ways with that bat, hola me :D

I can assure you they where not half volleys (well not all of them) but fair enough i was look for balance on the set.

Agree about back foot something in the pipeline  :D weight still going through ball through balance but i agree

This is a good bat  :D

Cheers for the feedback mate.

Your back foot strokes resembles more like a sub continent player through the off. I'm myself practising to play more like and English or an Aussie. Because at the moment I cut too much. How do you play in front of the wicket even if the ball is short. Is that a mindset or technical adjustment ?/

I do not like the cut i try to get on top of the ball and play as late as possible and chop down i never noticed my back foot i guess it a habit from playing late and letting the ball come to be if that makes sense. the reason for the first bucket on the legs i'm a wristy player and i want to play more in the V.

However i do sometimes lack the power cricketfrek is talking about so point is very much taken and will be worked on

Really impress with your batting style, straight bat, only a 2 or 3 shot u tried to cross the bat to leg side, you mentioned you are small men, may i know u height?

Oreet Dave, what speed was t machine on?

It looks like it takes you a bit, to start playing em back through covers?
Almost like your trying to hit too straight?

Would be good to see you bat on grass, with a field set
What's your main scoring shot?

All round the wicket very right I was trying to play all night as straight as possible.

Grass i would say my aim is to get the bowler to bowl  straight to be line them up but on side  picking area for me.

Speed throughout was around 70 if you see me aim was under the eye and make the ball bounce before it hits the net play as late as possible.

Main aim was head and balance and my aim was to hit as straight as possible

Speed training no need at the minute.

That's good batting on that speed setting, would have to be a rock hard track to face that speed on grass

yes I'm quite fussy I what I want to try and do is get technical issues at lower speed.

But to be honest for me batting is not about leg position it's about head leading not the leg.

Midway position is the curse of most club
Cricketers in my eye.

You can never stop learning I been watching abv videos on YouTube and a few other guys the box principle is a personal favourite of mine.
