I ordered all my stuff for the club through him went through something similar where he didn't respond for two weeks. And finally he responded saying it was delayed due to warehouse move only after I told him I'm filing a dispute with PayPal. So I'm sure that's the way to go. I still order with him but every time including jerseys but only because its through PayPal.

Update : OLS has finally refunded the money. I had to jump through hoops with the idiots who work at Paypal. I had opened the investigation for two invoices. Items for both invoices were sent via one FedEx pacakage. Paypal closed the investigation for the first invoice, saying that the seller has already provided tracking number and no further action is required. For the second invoice i got a refund from OLS. I had to provide Paypal copies of FedEx investigation and a written letter stating that FedEx has lost the package. I submitted this info and they still claimed no further action is needed. All i needed was one heated phone call with a Paypal rep and asked him to put his manager on the line, explained the case to him and asked him to refer the documents. After so many phone calls, back and forth emails finally Paypal re-opened the first invoice and asked OLS to refund. He gave the refund very next day ....

Moral of the story : Don't buy from OLS or even better avoid Paypal morons !

Now I am not a fan of ols, but surely this is a FedEx issue not an OLS issue?

Anyway at least you have your cash back now

Yes, a FedEx issue for OLS to pursue though?

FedEx misplaced the package. OLS filed a refund claim with FedEx and they refunded the declared value of US$200, while the package was worth US$500. Won't you agree that FedEx have done their part here ? OLS was at fault for declaring the package as low value. While placing the order, i specifically asked him to declare the correct value and i will take of the customs charge. He seemed to ignore that part completely ...

Anyways claim got dragged even more due to bad Paypal customer service. I pinged OLS on FB and he was ready to refund the money as soon as they send the refund request. It took multiple phone calls and documentary evidence from my side to convince Paypal to open a refund request from OLS. OLS sent me back the money as soon as Paypal sent him an email or something ...

After all the hassle i feel like FedEx and OLS have been reasonable (despite the earlier screw-ups), but Paypal have made the whole process of buying very messy !

OLS filed a refund request with FedEx and got a refund for the value declared on package. FedEx faxed over a written confirmation of this refund to Paypal showing proof that the transport carrier has refunded the sellers loss and now the seller should refund the buyer's loss. They have a fax copy of this document and the number to which it was faxed, if in case i needed to battle with Paypal again ...  :D

Couldn't give a crap if you do or don't :)

3-4 weeks.. Ouch. Still, you do get three pairs for the price of one branded glove so it's worth the wait

You might be okay ordering softs. I would expect this total to not exceed USD 100. I am not sure what to recommend but if you have proper tracking number and chase up with the delivery agent, I guess you should be fine.
