Sold mine to my mate that was at the last dotball forum net. He uses 3.4 and above so is very suitable for him.

Sorry mate it let me in first time round but now is a subscribe only. Bat wise it was similar to one of those JP Gavan planks (I say that as a mate has one). In this case English willow and he believes bat sizes should be more regulated

Strange I viewed this without being a subscribers and now cant see it.

Mr Laver is suggesting a gauge like they use to test the balls shape butnyour bat must fit through it. Can't remember the measurements he suggest but around a 60mm spine...

I have to agree with the article/Laver's views on regulating bat dimensions and weight.  The game has become very batsman orientated and mishits=sixes? That's not skill, not even pure luck anymore.

Shall we stop players going to the gym and get rid of all the advertising boards that bring the ropes in at least 10ms so that miss hits are caught again?
 Think people espically commentators and the media are looking in the wrong place tbh.
