yes mate i agree should be added to the end section with Knocking in and other misc...

Bat covers are a real bargain at that price i think very good quality cover.

Looks like grill marks to me on that bat

Bah!! It's just a dink, and you're supposed to use the front part anyway! :)

A bat is a tool and will pick up scuffs and scrapes - it adds character!

I agree 100%! But I know how keenly the folks on here protect their bats so just spreading the word :)
I've sort-of recovered it anyway...

That probably would've steamed out if you were that bothered.

Whilst I agree to a point mate with some of what your saying it not normal practise which say retailers to sell bats with covers.

Did hits hard come with a cover of Salix when you was involved there I know you didn't with some retailers.

I'm not saying I agree or disagree what I will say is at 6 pound the bat covers we use are very good I buy them for my bats.

Another issue is where does it stop these bats where on the half price voucher but point taken and will be raised again at there next meeting and all comments will be listened too and looked at.

As for soft it will be the same as any other bats as we do not press both sides and all bats will mark with a finger nail on the back mate...

From the factory on visits yes, from retailers directly I don't believe so unless the retailer threw it in.

Understand on the half price offer or any promo certain things wouldn't be the norm but hell I didn't even get a bat cover when in spent £500 odd on a crown bat. All it came in was 1 but of bubble wrap.

GN, kook, SS & ton bats all come with covers on there top end bat

To be fair how many brand bats give you a cover? No-one's ever given me one that's for sure :)
100% my fault: I should have picked one up when I was at the factory!

The GN I got made via @Vitas Cricket which was a similar price point to what Chris mentioned earlier came with a bat cover.

Cheaper alternative is put a football sock over it

I love the B3 bat cover and at £6 they are money well spent. One of the best bat covers I have seen and offer excellent protection... For the quality I'd gladly pay twice that price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend that anyone who buys a B3 bat to fork out that £6 for the protection that the cover offers.

P.S The only bat I have ever got a cover supplied was the Laver & Wood and it wasn't half the quality of the B3

Just echoing previous comments - yes you can argue that for a £300 bat a cover should be supplied, but for £6 I'd never argue the toss.  It's a great bat cover and if it's being shipped I'd be asking for the bat in the cover, then package it.  Luckily I've never had to have one shipped from B3, I'm fortunate enough to being able to drop in and collect.

I bought a bat cover with mine, very much worth the £6 imo

The Bat covers are ace. Very well made and padded and fit my 3ld log in with ease. I'd recommend.

I've had this for years with my bats in various bags, I've tried bat sleeves/covers etc
This year I've gone for a stand up duffle from Uzi that has padded internal pockets for the bats.
All it takes is one muppet to stand on your bag and a beautiful bat like that's marked.
