Of course it not strictly true we do a gentle bow in the bats not the big bows some do.

The Warner which we have had one in a used one had a bigger bow then we would do.

But if your looking for a big Asian bow we do not do them.

Have you measured the edges? I was under the impression the Pepsi edges were 46/7mm? I haven't measured mine to be fair though so I could be wrong!

Yep, just measured them AGAIN and they are still 50mm... maybe its just the low density Crown cleft that allows these edges...?

Bows are interesting big ones it a kind of uneven press with different pressure being applied to different areas. Take the Asian bats with massive bows they tend to be very soft around the shoulders and stickers and have softer toes.

Two types of bows cut in and pressed in.

Its not quite as simple as that.

Would I produce a big bow because the customer wanted one, if I knew that it either would not play as well or last as long - the answer would be, no I wouldnt as I believe in providing the best quality bat in terms of ping and endurence, and we have developed our pressing over the last 4 years to achieve this.

As Dave has said a pressed bow is far superior to a cut bow and a large bow that is pressed in will have a very soft toe and shoulders.

This will be more of a novelty buy for me. I normally don't use bats that heavy. Have had a couple of B3s and very comfortable and familiar with their process.

@Wickets-then-runs ... how did you find the concaving? a bit on the aggressive side?  thats my ONLY real concern with the Pepsi. being a CBF member, I am brainwashed into despising concaving.

Well it appears the Pepsi has bigger edges than my Warner. Just measured it, 47mm edge, 65mm spine.
