Not a bad option:-

However, wouldn't want my whites and mucky boots together.

@uknsaunders I had this bag. The internal shelf isn't actually strong enough to hold the kit in the picture so I ended up just taking it out!

The Zips also came away from the seams on those side pockets after 3/4 uses so the bag was returned rather sharpish!

Saying that though, the bat cave was really good!

Like the kook pro duffle, have 2 top zips. One opens a top section and the one below opens in the area behind the shoe and helmet pockets. Alternatively, do away with the side smaller pockets and create 1 large "pad pocket" on either side. Create a 3rd small pocket between the helmet pocket /top section for what would of been in the side pockets.
Not entirely sure if i follow but ill try and sketch something up

@UKnsaunders I have this currently! I agree with RAL the shelf is terrible and one zip dod come away from the seem but i sewed that back so wasnt very fussed.

But the fromt pocket is designed for pads but they dont fit very well and the valuable pocket is tiny!

But the bat cave works well if you have a short handle i had to cut off the bottom bit of the foam insert for my LH to fit properly

@RightArmLedge @uknsaunders

This is something i drew up a while ago.

Similar to the the old GN duplex wheelie, unsure how to make the shelves stable just yet! Maybe a little bit of cane in the end to stop the top from bending when standing up, and thicker velco strips on shelevs to help with the force applied when weight added (Velcro is very strong if used properly)!

Sorry about my hand writing :(

Not entirely sire its possible to have an external bat cave and a suitcase handle?

I do like the first 1 though, not overly keen on the 2 pads pockets on either side.
 You could even change the helmet section so you can open it from the main section also? And that left a big space at the back for pads, i wouldnt mind both helmet and shoe pocket to be solid either so it was easier to throw them in when the pads are in the back

I think I was just showing  where it is than inside or outside.  Makes sense for it to be integrated  into the bag so it doesn't stop any pockets opening. Like the idea of fixed sections with a dedicated  pad section accessed through the top and between  the other pockets  and bat cave.

Some massive ocd showing here, but some of us like to know what specific place our kit is stored!

What would be useful  is to have a big vented pocket on the side instead of two smaller pockets and use it smelly kit. Clean kit in the top and used kit in the side. If the other side two pockets where big enough to hold thigh pads and gloves that would work really  well.
