I think he's just turned all of WI against the board.

Darren Sammy seems to have announced his retirement with that speech...

Great advert for the game. Would have been much better if it was on terrestrial TV so more people could have watched a fantastic spectacle and maybe drummed up more players for the summer!

WICB might take a dim view of Sammy's response. However Sammy had the right to express his thoughts and i believe he made a lot of sense. He paused for a few seconds when Nasser asked him to compare the victory from 2012 versus 2016. It goes on to show that a lot of stuff happen in the background. I am quite sure teams like India and England wouldn't have struggled to get their uniforms made until the last minute of a world championship tournament. Given all the odds, WI came out slinging their bats like cannons and made it through to the title.

This series might be the last one to feature Gayle, Sammy, Bravo, Samuels, Fletcher etc as WI players. Good that they got a nice send off ...

Heartbreaking at the end but that's the way the game goes.We were brilliant and fought all the way
Well done windies worthy winners

I hope the England team get absolutely smashed tonight together.the old fashioned way to cope with losing is still the best

Feel for stokes but you can't bowl 4 half volleys in the arc of a player like brathwaite

Brathwaite was on this forum in 2013, I pointed him in this direction with his brand trident sports

You clowns banned him
He wasn't banned. He was politely explained about how the forum worked and never posted again!

I'm fully expecting to see him again and posting in the Sales section: "USED TRIDENT BAT...just used in one brief t20 innings. scored about 35 runs with it. pings really well. 150 posted"

Lesson: Encourage FC cricketers to post regularly in the forum as they may go on and win world cups for their national sides.

Just sayin'  :D

Seriously? You haven't posted since novemeber 2015. Yet your initial reaction after West Indies win the World Cup is!

"Yes, I can get one over on them forum admin, where's  me log in"

You need to see a shrink about that grudge issue mate. Take Samuels with you.
