Bat Death
« on: March 06, 2016, 01:21:53 PM »

I broke my bat at nets on Friday.

I don't think this can be fixed, shame because it was well balanced and had a great middle.

I got 50 in what looks like it's last innings, RIP bat

If the bat is not that old for the cost of postage its worth sending back to the manufacturer to see if there is any good will for you
Not always but sometimes that type of split is a sign of weak willow
My mates m and h went exactly like this and they gave 100 off a new bat for him

100 pound of a 500 quid ss isn't really a good gesture. It's still taking the micheal imo.

It was a Warrior, I've had it for about 3 or 4 seasons and it's seen quite a lot of use so I think I've had my monies worth actually.
I'm a bit disappointed because I really liked it but it's an excuse to buy another one I suppose.
I bought it my pre CBF days when I thought owning one bat was enough, crazy times.

Save the bat and get the profile customized at B3. You are good to go then ... :)

@sanredrose I have 3 B3's and they are all brilliant.
I was trying out my new small edged Warner profile in Friday and it was great, can't wait for the season to start now,

I don't think that is fixable, but id certainly ask the manufacturer to check it.
