Teamwear, club shops!
« on: March 24, 2016, 09:53:49 PM »

Firstly I'm going to start of with a mini rant (Skip to next paragraph if you wish)! Last Year i was set the challenge to find my club a new kit supplier, after emails, phone calls, visits ect. I received some samples of kit from what I thought were the best options, took them to my club and gathered about 20 players to come up and pick their favourite, So we decided on Wintech Sports, fantastic! Wintech promised us fully bespoke design down to different colour meshing and different coloured piping, the list was endless... and the price was even better; Playing Shirt, Playing Trousers, Sleeveless Jumper, Trackies, Tracksuit jacket, Shorts, Polo Shirt and a Hat all for £80. Yes. £80! we ordered 35 sets and it all came within 10 weeks (Apart from 1 jacket). After the season and a couple of our players ordering kit, they have never received their kit! i've been emailing, texting and calling this guy since September to get it sorted, still no luck but it's getting there! Basically don't deal with Wintech!

So now i'm looking for a new club shop that I can trust and isn't £30/£40 a shirt! I know of serious cricket and not to deal with All rounder... There's also Macer?

Cheers

Also got 'wintech'd' a couple of years ago, various stuff dropped to bits. Anyway we use b46 embroidery and have a club shop - good service (in house equipment so fast turnaround) and known quality in GM clothing (can also add leisure wear or other stuff - sunglasses / mugs etc).

GN, Hunts, Adidas, Kookaburra, GM, Masuri, Canterbury, Aero

Just some of the brands that we can offer in terms of teamwear

Plenty of price points. Fast turnaround. Free delivery. Club shops available for most brands.

Bespoke wise we offer sublimated garments which are made in Europe with an unbeatable turnaround.

What's the issue with all rounder? I've been dealing with them for the last 3 years and haven't had any issues

We do offer both club shop for MKK, Adidas, Surridge and Gray Nicolls . If you want Customised Kit with ur club colours we can do sublimated and non sublimated at very good prices . For Customised Kit you have to order in one go and we do manufacture these in our own factory. We also supply to some big brands which I can't name here .

One of the other chaps sorted it out and it was through a sports retailer than directly, they sorted us out as felt responsible for the sub standard quality (build and pen marks on tricky bottoms) plus longer lead times than quoted to Pakistan I believe - so were ultimately let down by win tech and told them where to go (think 3 or 4 seasons ago now).

A few years back it was decided that we should have a club kit and used PC Sports in Yeadon. They were very good and would even embroider kit taken in to them @£2 a logo. Most players went for brand new jumpers but being a traditionalist I opted to get my existing cable-knit jumpers done.

My club uses Surridge kit customised by Kalibazar and the service and products are fantastic. They enable you to have your initials embroidered under the club badge too.
