Here is another option in the form of BDM, good bats they are. The profile looks spot on.

I suspect they are as good but there is always a risk when buying from a company outside the uk

This is such a subjective question.

I've seen a couple of RNS that have been pingers. Having never owned one I'm not the best person to ask about them though.

I've owned "a few" ( 8 ) SSs and I really like the brand, they make excellent bats.

I've had a couple of B3 bats. If you want to know exactly what you're getting then they're perfect for you. Their pressing may not be everyone's cup of tea though, some people think they're a bit hard (I will not comment on this as I don't want to give an opinion and start a row...)

From what people say on the forum it should be a great bat and you get the advantage of PayPal. B3 will be a bit harder pressed than SS or RNS but may therefore last longer but take a while to open up. But you will get exactly what you want with B3 and probably the best aftercare out of all 3

Harder pressed you mean ready pressed.  The forum doesnt listen or want to know so no point in me going into what the issue is with soft pressed.

What happens when you have soft pressed what do you do to make it better you knock it in therefore making it harder???  yes you do.

SS press there central part of the bats as hard as B3 by the main but to create the bow do not press the top quarter and bottom toe area as hard to create the bow.

Had two kholi bats direct from SS at great cost to the Inital buyer both where very underwhelming made one better by severe knocking in.

As agreed we can make shapes but if you want a half pressed super soft bat which makes no sense we can do that too.

Rns and Bas and Bdm make very good bats as most people tend to do to survive in the industry.

Thank you about the aftercare comment they try there best the lads..

No arguments mate also Indian bats tend to be dryer so although pressed the same normally drier bats do seem softer and do mark up more too another train of thought too.

SS is an Asian brand and bats have an Asian style bow. B3 will not have an SS bow hence he won't "get exactly" what he wants from B3.

RNS do make bats for pro's..

As do B3 and SS (and every other bat maker in the world, apparently) so that's not really a measure of quality :-[

^ That's interesting! But they did have a bow? Bigger than what B3 can put on a bat?

Yes but as Dave has eluded to, it is usually because of a lack of pressing in the toe (and more recently I've noticed it in the top half of the bats)

This is something I'm start to notice even in the TON bats for the UK market. The toes are extremely soft and take an age to knock in, a process which reverses a great deal of the intended bow effect. As I said I have also noticed this lack of press to create a bow in the top half of the bats too, I have a very distinct example in the shop I'll post pictures on Monday.

Not bigger than the kholi replica i got i'm afraid very similar indeed with slight lower bows around three quarters the way down but hey i'm not splitting hairs.

Mate buy where he gets them made just do not expect to score the same amount of runs if you want authentic go SS pal i'm not after a sale buddy.

I believe you can select what set you want on the handle though which can create the feeling of a bow.

Dave I wasn't saying harder pressed in a negative way, or didn't mean it to at least. I personally prefer a former pressed bat. Just that some SS bats I've seen are really very soft so appear to ping better out the pack but I'd imagine don't last that well at all without considerable knocking in

If a bat is knocked in properly and is pressed well it can be made by Uncle Tom Cobley and do its job.

Brand A vs Brand B vs Brand C? It doesn't matter in the end.

Have to admit that Eclipse are a very good company. Bought one bat from them (eclipse bat) which I am knocking in atm, also a Shrey Helmet.

Best part about their site is the Videos and you can see what you are buying if you cant get to a shop.
