If its the same as aero then you start the grip at the top and wind it around the handle slightly overlapping it, apart from that I'm not sure what else you need to know.

Im not being negative! Just inquisitive! I havent tried/tested the product myself so i cant tell hence why im asking you. So can you answer?

Its a hurling grip so being honest in my opinion I wouldn't imagine it to be anywhere near the aero grip. But I have never used either.

no just the grip direct to it do not put on top of another grip ?

Ok, thanks, do I put duct tape on the handle before I apply the grip?

I wouldn't put duct tape on first!
I already have several bats with Aero grips (which i find excellent!)
But will be trying the xtrax in the nets next week!
