Voges injured in freak accident

Just heard that Adam Voges might be out for the rest of the season after being hit on the back of the head by an errant throw. As far as I'm aware, he wears a Shrey, anyone seen the incident? Was he wearing an neck guard?

Anyway, hope he recovers quickly.

Always keep your eye on the ball. I remember seeing a lad get smacked walking between indoor nets and I've always stressed that point ever since!

Rogue throw in the field that the keeper missed and he clocked one to the back of the head, concussion suspected but ECB concussion protocol means he will be monitored and out for at least 6 days as a safe guard.

What are you crazy people thinking?!?! I'm rolling my throws to the keeper like I'm playing crown green bowls from now on! Hopefully everyone is wearing ankle guards just in case!

We joke but it is only a matter of time before someone somewhere on the internet says everyone should wear head protection when fielding.
