My Ayrtek 2010 Gear
« on: January 05, 2010, 06:54:09 PM »

New helmet and gloves arrived today...

Gloves are brill, they are the gloves that Chris Taylor et all used when he was sponsored by canterbury, they have an air bladder system in them to inflate them.

Haven't used it yet but put it on and seems exactly the same as the albion next to it. In regard to weight both have ti grills and although the ayrtek is slightly lighter its really impossible to tell the difference.

Wonder how much faster I will between the wickets now after shaving all this weight off with the pads and helmet?! ;)

These pads must be good pads wore them last two games of last season and scored:
59 not out and 22 not out

Maybe the lid can help me make it 100!

How light are those pads leo? They look superb, might get a pair and use them for some t20 stuff.

Just wondered what do you make of the gloves and especially the inflator bit as haven't seen anyone using them yet so am interested? Are they extra comfy/snug? How would you compare them to your Itias gloves for weight/feel etc... as are these gloves pittards too?
