You can cut off 1/2 inch from the top of handle and sanding on the toe.   That should bring it down to 2.10-11
thanks for the suggestion. However, I'm not sure that will work just from a physics and torque perspective. A shorter handle will only shift the weight lower as I will be forced to hold the bat closer to the shoulder. It will work if i sand a lot of wood out of the bat to balance it but that may end up spoiling the bat.

i would rather have a surgeon perform the operation and bear the extra cost than butcher it.

My first choice is Laver & Wood , but i'm in the US and they are all the way across the pond in NZ.

 what do you recommend?

What's the big deal in that?
I have ordered bats from James at least five times and he was quick to ship it to US. All bats arrived in great shape and no custom or import duties were raised against my packages.

Matter of fact, after a few years break, I rcently placed an order with L&W for a specialized custom order bat (Mega) with super high sweet spot location since the Mega bats are heavy.
The bat will arrive in a couple weeks. Will post pics.

Cost, my friend. I'm not exactly a .com millionaire.   :)
The cost of shipping is as much as the cost of the service provided.

My RNS is 5 years old and is re-handled and refurbished, still going strong. Almost 4 guys in my team use it. And my reserve is refurbished by Laver looks new this season.

@Shortpitch :  this might be a a long shot, but do you have any 'before' and 'after' pictures of the RNS?

As you said its a long shot, I will search for the broken handle pics from 5 years back, also will send the pics of the current bat with handle in a week as my mate is using that bat for the matches. Need to mention that, this re-handle was free to me as I bought my reserve at the same time, so paid I guess around 475 US dollars for Bat. I do see that the Handle is not in same league of my reserve or special reserve or my mate's private bin, but its on par with my butterfly. That's just my observation. So if you decide to send it to laver for re handle, I guess you need to be very specific.

in AZ, we play on mats. The ball usually keeps low, with the occasional chest high bouncer. I'm a lower order batsman and as you can see, the ball has hit everywhere but the handle :)

@sunny_Kris - Jason, Zafar and Richard are good option for getting your bat re-balanced or weight reduced in US.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I got lucky. One of my team-mates had ordered another t-rapta fury 100 and he wasn't too happy with his bat and we exchanged.
Same profile, but the balance and pickup is perfect for me.

Here's the bat i got :

Initially, I was worried about the knot, but after pinging it (even without knocking it in), the bat is a rocket launcher. Looks almost like a butterfly :)

 What do you guys think?

Bat looks pretty good. I wouldn't think too much about the knots if the ping is very good ...
