Spinners let us down

Our rapid long run up seamers went for nowt as usual

Lost the semi by 14 runs.  71-1 v 57-2. Roco retired having hit 23 off one over and wilkie got himself an average by playing on for 23.

Was a great day and we didnt disgrace ourselves. Should've done a bit better with the ball in the semi and possibly in the other games.  Nothing wrong with our batting though.

This isn't Custom Balls Forum....I hope you also had the most kit out of al teams present as well by a distance?

Was asked to bowl seam by the skipper (god my body is gonna hurt in morning) went for 1 boundary all day so sort of success

I had all the kit plus (more importantly) a gazebo! Plus I brought 2 tubs of M&S all-butter flapjacks, which went down even better than the kit!
Was a good day although wicket keeping and covering all the area behind the stumps means that my legs are going to hurt in the morning!  :(

Or is he just standing 2ft away so he looks the same height as everyone else?
