Anyone know of any decent Size 5 bats?
« on: May 30, 2016, 01:20:05 PM »

Does such a thing exist? I don't necessarily mean something handmade, due to cost - but are there more decent options out there than the sh*tty planks from Sports Direct?

The young man in question likes to give it a tonk, and I'd like the ball to actually go somewhere when he hits it!!!

We've got plenty in Fattus - what sort of cost are you looking around?

I've let this one slip - who offered me a used B3 as his lad didn't use it any more, I think he was in the Surrey age-groups?

Sorry guys, my dementia is kicking in again!!

Sorry men - just a bump on this again. Someone very kindly offered me a size 5 B3 bat, that his lad was using in Surrey Age Group and I have deleted the details like a fool!!!

@TangoWhiskey - it wasn't you was it?

I really need to sort out an inexpensive but decent size 5 bat for this lad!

@FattusCattus haven't mongoose got a lot of cheap bats in their website at the moment? A lot of them with quite big reductions might be worth a look
