Nv or hellfire or hattori
« on: June 01, 2016, 10:04:58 PM »

hi All

Need your advise for a new bat

I am 6" 4 and big , I bat mid order , I am more of a front foot player with straight bat most of the time.

I do enjoy occasion pull and hitting over mid wicket.

I prefer a long blade as I find the bats a little small.

I find H4l has the best reviews and hellfire seems to be my pick so far.

Please suggest and any comments and feedback most well come.

Hellfire is a lovely provile long middle and very forgiven so still get runs for misstimed shots and the pickup is one of the best around Matt is making some of the best bats around and I sure he make you a long blade with no issues at all

Either the hattori or hellfire, both have good extended middles, and will be suited to your style of play

Get a long blade Warbird, best H4L stick in my opinion.

Ive got a SH hellfire and its amazing lovely profile middle seems to go on forever, but id recommend getting to a shop with your gloves picking them up and seeing what you feel suits you better

Wouldn't a long blade Warbird defeat the purpose of the bat?

I have the Hattori, and it's the best bat I have ever picked up.

Shame I can't use the bloody thing

HI Slivar13 and Matt,

Thanks for your comment.

While i understand what Matt is saying as Warbird is shorter blade than the usual bat.

However, ironically we have a long blade for wardbiird and not for hatter !!! so, i guess that something i need to ask Hell 4leather.

Cheers

I've not used a Hattorri (yet...) but owning both a Hellfire and an NV I can confirm both pick up great and have very long sweet spots

Get yourself a Custom Matt Coles profile 👍🏼 failing that you can't go wrong with a Hellfire
