Hi,

I placed an order for a cricket bat ( hellfire) on the 2nd of June and I have not got a reply from them regarding the delivery date or to respond to my request.

I am not sure if anyone else faced the same issue with the, as i find great review for them in the forum.

How long doe it generally take for them to deliver ?

Have you tried giving them a call?

To be fair today is only the 8th and it's the height of the season - that said we are all impatient when new willow has been ordered!

I had spoken to Matt twice before I placed the order !!

and both the time the call was answered and i placed the order soon after the last call with Matt i processed the payment and request for an extra grip and photo of few bats and i can choose one from that ( via email). I did not get a reply for that email.

I have tried to reach them yesterday and today and no luck ( no answer) however I did get a text message from them yesterday saying i ll send you the photos ASAP and did not get one yet!

Am I being impatient ? i just wanted to know when it will come so that I can plan ?

I just got a reply from Matt with two choices! i guess i was a little impatient !!

Knots are cosmetic and shouldn't affect durability or performance , and I like heartwood which would influence my decision
