B3 Blades
« on: June 15, 2016, 06:10:03 PM »

Received my two B3 bats
The One with the yellow grip was a 3 stripe based on a Gaz cross profile at 2lb 9.5 and the second one is a 2 stripe thin edge warner profile at  2lb 12.5.
The bats were shipped with bubble wrap but both the bats had minor dents and one came without a toe guard. David's customer care is first rate . The finishing and pressing on both the bats is the best i have seen off late. Both bats have been knocked in at B3 . The thin edge warner has fantastic ping. The pick up is comparable to 2.10. The quality of bat covers is excellent . Well worth the wait.

They both look great, The small edge Warner looks a lot like the shapes that Adam Voges used recently.

I like the profile of the small edge Warner. Plenty of meat higher up the blade should pick up nicely. Do you know what the cleft density was? I'm wondering what is the lowest realistic weight they could produce that in.

Enjoy,

David

Gaz Cross profile looks very nice. Is it possible to get some specs my friend ? Edge size, approximate location of sweet spot from toe and spine height.

Hi  mkir888,

Could you please specify the details of the yellow gripped bat profile. This is what I am exactly looking for. 2.95 with solid meat
