We have revamped our Series range, and I have been playing about with the visual to display the shape and the middle position - what do you think of the below. Do you think it conveys both clearly?

I like it. I think it makes it both quicker and more simple to determine where the middle of the bat is at a glance.

I would think that the yellow band towards the toe would be shorter in length as the spine height is reducing meaning less meat?

DB3 is very interesting. I like the new representation. Guessing "red" zone means the area of max value for the shot followed by "orange" and then "yellow".

@The Doctor => How much of a departure are these from the existing profiles ? Will DB2 continue to be a full profile bat ? Will DB1 continue to be concave profile for light pick up ?

Excellent idea to show to customers, maybe it's because I'm looking in my phone at the moment but can there a be a box on the side that shows how much concaving as well.

Good stuff, Doc.
Perhaps a horizontal line at a fixed point across each profile would help to compare spine heights. On the other hand, it may look a bit too cluttered. 😕
