My match bats for this season. Got hands on a SS claimed to be for Murli Vijay. And a YAS bat which is claimed to be made for Shahid Afridi when Afridi was using YAS bats few years back. SS bat is just over 2.8, oval handle, very light and excellent ping still needs bit more playing time to open up.
YAS is 2.10 but feels very light, round handle, lovely pick up feels like a 2.8. And ping is exceptional all over the blade as it's been used quite a bit but still in decent condition.
My best 2 bats I have had and really impressed by both bats. And before people bombard me with they fake not players bats, I ain't bothered if they player bats or not as they have exceptional ping and balance/pick up on them. And making runs with them too  :)
Enjoy pictures

Just for extra protection for toe area.

And just to heat things up on here. Posting Murli Vijay pictures using same bat with burnt in MV 8 in middle  :)

Not really bothered if it's Murli Vijay or Afridi bat but both are awesome bats. SS awesome ping and still to hit it's peak so far and the Yas is phenomenal. Both full profile especially the YAS.

Beautiful graintastic bats. Does the YAS seem to have a divergent grains around the left of the toe?

Cor @shax12 that YAS is a lovely shaped bat. I don't suppose you know if any of these are available in the UK?

YAS closed their brand after 1-2 years of opening.
It was UAE based with bats sourced from Pakistan.
You may get similar bat in MB Malik Lala edition.

Don't think these are available anymore as once Afridi stopped using them they stopped. This was left over bat claimed to be made for Shahid Afridi which the person I got of got few years ago but he has not used it much. Have heard that YAS are sponsoring Shakib Al Hasan and he is their brand ambassador. Normally use bats which weigh 2.7/8 and this YAS is 2.10 but feels really light like a 2.8.

In an interview with Dean Jones, Afridi said he uses 2.7. The SS looks good though.

From the ball marks, it looks you were able to find the middle only once. Sorry but you don't seem like a good batsman at all.

I think comments like this are not appreciated by anybody!

Seems like someone is very jealous. And ain't used the bat much yet.
And I don't need to show you if I am good or not. Maybe your not good yourself so you think everyone is like you.

And that's your typical desi Takiya, leyhaaf, chaadir that hasn't seen the washing machine in months.

Very funny. Not going to react to childish posts. MODs can sort your childish comments out.

  • Love a legside stumping.

Don't often see oval handles on SS bats so definitely could be custom made for someone. Of course I could be massively wrong but I don't think I've seen one before.
