Marlow Over 35s v Cookham Dean 3rd July
« on: June 27, 2016, 10:21:24 AM »

We have a vets game this sunday at Cookham Dean on the Bucks/Berks border. Anybody fancy playing on a decent wicket with a decent tea?

Do you still need players for Sunday? I'm 50 (albeit going on 70), 3rd worst fielder in Yorkshire and my off spin doesn't turn. What time does the match start?

I do indeed! If you are down south then you are in!

@Mpt7 are you still interested?

If it wasn't so iffy weather and a bit closer (around your home ground Warwickshire way) I'd be up for it. Bit to far for a pass out I'm afraid

Not old enough but also got a cup replay where we will get hammered. This Sunday only 5 1xi available so it's full of 2/3xi. Oh well, bat first so we aren't chasing leather at least. Decision is already made, if they score more than 230 we aren't even goigm to bother chasing as we simply don't have the depth to risk it.
