G'day everyone,

It's the middle of winter season here in New Zealand but I decided to grab another bat from Laver - must be suffering from Bat fever again. I opted for the 'Classic Big Edge' profile with Mid-Low sweet spot.  It's Super short handle with 1/2inch shorter blade, I am 171cm tall.  8 grains which are fairly straight.  I asked for dead weight of 2.8/2.9 with two grips and the C10 handle.  I haven't weighed it yet but I have to say, the pickup is amazing, picks up like a 2.7, so very happy with that.  I also opted for the Black Retro decals and got the Laver team to knock the bat in. 

Interesting thought, the handle is skinnier than my previous Laver Private Bin.  I am glad I opted for two grips, so anyone looking at getting a Laver, I would recommend getting two grips.

Interesting as the last couple of lavers I've got have had thicker handles. I'd suggest when ordering to confirm the thickness of the handle you want. I just requested an oval handle as I have had in the past and it was bigger than previous times.
Your new stick looks great with the retro stickers.
