Masuri VS helmet finally tested
« on: July 26, 2016, 03:59:57 PM »

This weekend fortunately/unfortunately whichever way you look at it I put my Masuri Vision Series Elite into a series test. I was facing former Kent, Sussex and England bowler Amjad Khan who pinned me with a quick bouncer on the head hitting the helmet full on and the ball still travelling comfortably to 2nd slip, full credit to Masuri even at a considerable pace I didn't feel any pain at all, in fact the noise of the rattling was the only pain I had which was more of an irritant than pure pain. For anyone who does face decent paced bowlers I would highly recommend the Masuri VS test and elite as they provided superb protection.

Presumably the lid is now in the bin?

My new one arrived today exact same helmet, I still have the old one but it's just for the ear pads to keep as spares
